Equus Pro Sponsorship Disclaimer and Terms 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsored rider or ambassador for Equus Pro. To ensure transparency and set expectations, the following terms apply to all sponsorship applicants and participants.

1. Application Does Not Guarantee Sponsorship Submitting a sponsorship application does not constitute an agreement or guarantee of acceptance. Equus Pro reviews all applications at its sole discretion and is under no obligation to approve or respond to any submission.

2. Independent Representation If accepted, the applicant will act as an independent ambassador and not as an employee, partner, agent, or legal representative of Equus Pro. The ambassador is fully responsible for their actions, statements, and content posted on any platform.

3. Animal Welfare and Responsibility Equus Pro promotes the humane treatment and welfare of all animals. Sponsored individuals are solely responsible for the care and treatment of any animals featured in their content. Equus Pro is not liable for any injuries, misconduct, or mistreatment involving animals under the applicant's supervision.

4. Content Usage Rights By participating in the sponsorship program, ambassadors grant Equus Pro permission to use, repost, share, or promote any submitted or published content that features Equus Pro products for marketing purposes, without compensation or further approval.

5. Code of Conduct All sponsored individuals must uphold a positive and professional image. Offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal behavior may result in the immediate termination of sponsorship, without notice.

6. Confidentiality Any non-public information shared by Equus Pro during the partnership must be kept confidential unless written consent is provided.

7. Termination Rights Equus Pro may terminate a sponsorship at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability.

8. Data Use and Privacy Information submitted through the sponsorship application will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting the application, you consent to our use of your information to evaluate your eligibility.

9. Legal Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate courts of Texas.
