🔁 Standard Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Products must be unopened, in unused condition, and include original packaging and labels.

Refunds will be issued for the item(s) only, excluding shipping and handling fees.
📝 Return Authorization Required

All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

This number is assigned through our Returns Center.
Packages received without proper authorization or documentation may experience delays or may not be processed.
⏳ Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 1–3 weeks of receiving the returned merchandise.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
📦 How to Ship Your Return
Returns are accepted via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other common carriers.

🔄 Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please place a new order at www.equus-pro.com and return the original merchandise for a refund.
