At Equus Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for full details on eligibility and procedures.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be unopened, in unused condition, and include original packaging and labels.

  • Refunds will be issued for the item(s) only, excluding shipping and handling fees.


๐Ÿ“ Return Authorization Required

  • All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

  • This number is assigned through our Returns Center.
    Packages received without proper authorization or documentation may experience delays or may not be processed.


โณ Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 1โ€“3 weeks of receiving the returned merchandise.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.


๐Ÿ“ฆ How to Ship Your Return

Returns are accepted via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other common carriers.
Please ensure:

  • Items are packed in appropriately sized boxes.

  • Contents are properly secured to prevent movement or damage during transit.

Liquids & Aerosols

Do not ship liquids or aerosols back to Equus Pro without prior approval. These products may require special handling.

Large Freight Items

  • Must be returned within 30 days in unused condition.

  • Customer is responsible for arranging and covering shipping costs.

  • If the item was damaged during shipping, contact us immediately for assistance.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please place a new order at www.equus-pro.com and return the original merchandise for a refund.
